In 2013 I was forced to re- think the direction of my business. Being in the advertising and print business since 2004, things just weren't profitable. Companies were struggling, gas prices were through the roof and people were strapped for cash.
I closed our two print publications. $155,000.00 loss over a 2 year period. The sky was falling . We just recently were able to regain a pulse.
Since then I have invested in opening a property casualty insurance agency and online media and marketing. The turn around has been great and I am pleased to report that all of our clients are showing positive increases on the advertising front.
As much as I loved the publishing business and the many different challenges it brought forth. I am extremely happy to have moved on from the roller coaster it brought.
Our new smart phone offer redemption system has been an instant success for our franchised fast food market, our dealerships are all showing increases with the new planned process we have brought forth for them.
