.  I spent many years of my younger life in the collateral recovery   business. I have recovered over 350 automobiles in my life. From 2003 to 2015 it was a big part of what I did. I am very familiar with the towing and recovery business and know the struggles that these companies face trying to get paid and affording the heavy expenses of being in business. 
There is countless hours of the operator hitting stop to stop to keep that rig being paid for. Countless hurdles that an operator faces to get paid in a timely fashion and an amount that will pay for the equipment the help and the taxes.
