So I was at home yesterday. I go up and check the mail and behold a green certified letter pick up notice was in my mail box. It had no sender information on it. So I get the letter and find that it is a special interest group.
I support right now Missouri's right to work law that is in force because it has been long enough that Missouri has been Union that employers should be pretty fair to their employees because they know that they don't wan the alternative. In time people forget what it was like prior to having freedom to run your business as you wish and to be able to manage your own Pand L report.
Rather then mail back in this form I am going to answer these questions right here on this blog.
Q:Will you actively fight against any effort to weaken or repeal Missouri's Right To Work?
A: Right now the answer to that question is yes. But If I start to see that the law starts to go south and wages in large corporations begin to stall. I will be the first to boot it. I am not writing blank checks to ANY special interest group. I agree with you today because I like your plan and am willing to support it as long as you do not become the same thing in the end that we just got rid of. GREED
Q:Will You Oppose So Called "Fee For Grievance" legislation that seeks to coerce non union workers into paying for the use of the union controlled grievance process?
A: Yes I will oppose it. I support the right to work. I do not support the right to be greedy at work. On either side.
Q: If Elected will you oppose any effort to repeal Missouri's ban on Project Labor Agreements which discriminate against companies whos employees who dont pay union dues to a union boss
A: It is up to a union company to make a decision who they want to work for. There are plenty of alternatives to choose from if the union wants to play dirty. Starve them out and they will be back
One last thing John Kalb. Sending a survey certified and not even placing your contact info on it does not say much about the integrity of the sender. Either be proud of what you support or drop it.
